Return & Refund Policy 

Returns of eligible items are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached

All clearance and sale item purchases are final.

To initiate a return, please email us at erosemauney@gmail.com with your:

• Order number
• Full name
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
